Contact Tenniso
We're a one-person team and aim to reply within a few days. Two ways to reach us:
- In-app — tap the Feedback pill in the bottom-right corner (signed-in users). Auto-attaches your account + the current page. Subject to a shared 10/day daily cap with the in-app Report flow; if you hit it, the form shows a direct email link with context pre-filled.
- Email — hello@playtenniso.com. For longer messages, signed-out questions, or data deletion.
What to write about
- Bug reports — what happened, what you expected, screenshots if you have them
- Feature requests— what you'd like to see and why
- Account help— login issues, profile problems, can't post availability or request a match
- Data requests — account deletion or a data export. See Privacy Policy for what we hold.
- Abuse reports — see Safety below.
Safety issues
If another player behaved inappropriately, open the match page and tap "Report" on the Report-an-issue card with a brief note — that includes the match context automatically. You can also email hello@playtenniso.com with details.
Reports stay on record once filed. Filed in error? Edit the note on the Report card to tell us — we'll see the update.
What we can't help with
- Court reservations, lessons, or coaching referrals — Tenniso is matchmaking only; try your local club or parks department.
- Password resets for Google sign-ins — manage that in your Google account settings.
